YOUR TEAM Our department is responsible for developing HMI solutions for ADAS products within the Volkswagen Group. We focus on features and technologies that directly impact how the driver perceives and interacts with the vehicle. We work in an agile manner throughout the entire event chain, closely coordinating with departments from Audi, CARIAD, Porsche, and VW to deliver the best and most innovative solutions for our customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO Implement and maintain software units for ADAS-related components, ensuring high performance and reliability. Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to validate software functionality, ensuring quality and robustness. Translate requirements from system and architecture levels into code, ensuring full compliance and traceability. Define and maintain the software architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and integration with other systems. Work within an agile team, contributing to iterative development cycles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Support the setup and enhancement of software infrastructure, enabling efficient development and deployment processes. Assist in establishing and refining test environments for accurate and efficient validation of software components. WHO YOU ARE Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Robotics, or related fields. Extensive experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with a strong understanding of ADAS system development processes. Exceptional programming skills, particularly in C++ and Python, with hands-on experience in developing real-time software systems and familiarity with ASPICE processes. Basic knowledge of HIS / MISRA / Autosar guidelines, with demonstrated ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus and highly desirable.
