Inside Sales
What exactly does the job entail ?
As our inside sales, you are our partners' first point of contact for all their questions, orders and complaints. You speak to them in a professional and friendly manner and always provide the best service. More concretely this means :
* You handle orders and take care of the entire order flow from a to z, both the orders for stock items and requests for personalized items.
* You receive complaints in a professional manner, investigate the complaint and take appropriate action, if needed in consultation with the account manager.
* You do the follow up of backorders and process returns correctly.
* You ensure correct invoicing, prepare credit notes and follow up on payments.
* You keep the CRM system up to date.
Who are we looking for?
* You have a commercial mindset and you value customer focus and good service very highly
* You feel at home in a dynamic work environment and you like taking on new things. You are looking for a variety of tasks, you do not need to have the same routine every day.
* You have strong administrative skills, you can work accurately and you can keep an overview of a varied range of tasks.
* You have a positive attitude and enjoy working with others, because you can achieve more when working as a team.
* You have a real hands-on mentality and can think logically, you have excellent problem-solving skills.
* You are familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel ...) and CRM tools.
* You have a perfect knowledge of German and you speak English fluently.
* Do you have knowledge of textile or Illustrator ? That's a definite plus
