Who will you be joining?
For the support of our Reporting and Analytics activities, the team is looking for a working student in part-time. This role is crucial in managing People-related data and key performance indicators (KPI), contributing to the company's success by providing insights into our global People & Culture (PC) structure. With guidance from experienced analysts, you will gather and maintain figures from various PC functions to answer strategic questions
The People Analytics & Reporting department, is responsible for all People related data and determines the key performance indicators for measuring PC's contribution to company success. By this, the team offers you insights into our worldwide PC structure covering more than 160,000 employees. You will be involved in gathering & maintaining figures from many different PC functions and use them to answer strategic questions. All your tasks will be supervised and guided by experienced People analysts to guarantee best results and to support you in developing your skills.
How can you make an impact?
* Support global HR data collection processes for reporting, performing quality checks on delivered data, and supporting local People & Culture coordinators.
* Create reports using MS PowerBI, enhancing them with explanatory graphs and tables, and draft recommendations.
* Execute queries and reports in our global Workforce Analytics Solution (SuccessFactors) and collaborate with experts to further develop the solution.
* Ensure technical setup of global SAP BW, including access management, system rights, and IT specifications.
* Update training and communication materials, managing related channels effectively.
* Support various processes and projects within the team.
* Support the global team with analysis and reporting on HR topics both at global Allianz and local market level
* Run external benchmark studies by analysing peer and industry reports
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and analytics activities
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled as student mathematics, statistics, data science, business administration, business informatics, or engineering, with a strong focus on analytics and data management.
* High proficiency in MS Office software (especially PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong ability to understand and work with data
* Fluent in English in speech and writing
* SAP BW knowledge would be very helpful
* Ability to perform qualified esearches
* Ability to manage project plans and tracking progress effectively.
* Basic knowledge of VBA/macro creation (Excel) is advantageous
* Experience with R, Python or other scripting language used for data analysis
* Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, such as machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and AI-driven analytics platforms
* Interest in exploring how AI techniques can enhance data analysis and reporting processes

* Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
