The Merchandise Planning Retail (Full-Price) department plays a pivotal role in the success of the HUGO BOSS Retail business. It is responsible for translating the corporate strategy into actionable merchandise plans and achieving defined targets. The department ensures the Retail channels are inspiring consumers by creating clear brand messages whilst meeting their needs by delivering the right product at the right place at the right time.
We are looking for a passionate Specialist Business Analyst (m/f/d) in the Global Merchandising Development team to drive business performance, change and growth in close collaboration with multiple interfaces, Buying/ Merchandising/Trading teams and the Markets.
What you can expect:
* Support an effective, Global and market-driven Retail Buy
* Assist in the consistent definition and implementation of Merchandise strategies across all Business Units, Channels and Regions globally
* Support the creation of planning guardrails for Regional Buying & Planning
* Support SALE merchandising processes, strategy & execution end-to-end (briefing, timelines, analysis, product listing, communication)
* Support cross-functional alignments with different interfaces (e.g. Business Unit / Marketing / Operations / Logistics / In-Season Response / BP&A/Controlling)
* Prepare and maintain global standard reporting and provide merchandise performance analysis with an end-to-end focus across the full collection lifecycle
* Support projects for merchandise optimization across all Regions, Channels, and Business Units

Your profile:
* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Retail/Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
* 2+ years working experience in Controlling, Retail or Merchandise Management or Product Management in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced analytical skills, understanding of Retail performance figures and Retail/Merchandising processes and strategies
* Time management and organizational skills, incl. the ability to prioritize work effectively and multi-tasking
* Proficient level user with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
