Your tasks:
* Creation, review, and management of purchase orders, repair orders, and complaint orders, as well as deliveries
* Creation of internal orders and processing of prices agreed upon with the sales team
* Review of incoming contracts regarding terms and conditions
* Handling of customer inquiries and delivery formalities
* Preparation and processing of customs formalities within the EU and in third countries
* Archiving of all required documents and correspondence with the customer
* Preparation of the customer’s invoice and all relevant shipping documents following delivery of spare parts, tools, and materials
* Review of all open orders for delays, tracking of reminders, and informing the customer of changes
Your profile:
* Successful completion of an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent, with an interest in order handling
* Professional experience in order handling is desirable
* Available for at least 20 hours a week
* Good knowledge of MS Office, InPoint and SAP
* Very good knowledge in German and English
* A structured, coordinated, precise and independent approach to work
