We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who understands both search strategy and storytelling, someone who can scale our reach, grow organic visibility, and turn high-intent traffic into engaged users.
Tasks
* Own end-to-end SEO strategy across blog, ecosystem pages, and campaign microsites.
* Research and optimize keywords tied to user acquisition, ad tech, token utility, and LLM discoverability (AI search inclusion).
* Plan and manage on-page and off-page SEO meta, internal linking, backlink strategy, and content hierarchy.
* Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to improve user experience and crawlability.
* Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Perplexity/ChatGPT indexing trackers).
* Identify content opportunities and lead SEO-driven blog ideation to attract organic traffic from both users and partners.
* Build an organic growth engine that compounds and adapts to search + LLM ecosystems (Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.).
Requirements
* Solid experience in SEO, ideally with fintech, ad tech, or crypto/web3 familiarity.
* Strong understanding of content marketing, keyword strategy, and analytics tools.
* Experience growing high-authority sites through both content and technical optimization.
* Understanding of LLM optimization and structured data for AI visibility (e.g., schema markup, knowledge graphs, content embeddings).
* Ability to balance growth goals with brand consistency and compliance.
* Curiosity, initiative, and passion for staying ahead of the AI-driven search evolution.
