Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you will manage and grow a regional team. As the DACH Head of Customer Success, you will adapt HQ processes, strategies, and operations to the local market.
Project Management & Customer Care:
* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention globally.
* Oversee and optimize customer projects, ensuring efficient implementation, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
* Act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them maximize solution value and satisfaction.
Account Growth & Business Development:
* Develop strategies to maximize retention, engagement, and expansion.
* Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Europe.
* Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer acquisition and foster long-term partnerships.
Regional Team Leadership & Performance Management:
* Lead and challenge the regional team in consulting, implementation, support, and relationship management.
* Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
* Manage team professional growth and career development.
Strategic Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Analyze regional performance and provide strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to improve solutions and align with market needs.
* Participate in sales processes and contribute to product evolution to meet customer expectations.
Profile required:
- 15 years of experience, including 10 in management
- Experience in complex project management
- Highly operational, capable of resolving customer issues and providing solutions
- Native German speaker, fluent in English; French is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of the DACH market and customers
- LegalTech experience, ideally in CLM and Matter Management
