In this role, you play a key part in our company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and convincing new clients, while building strong and lasting relationships with them. Strategy: You define and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy while prioritizing high ROI channels (paid, outbound, content promotion) Innovation: You experiment with new channels and formats to identify emerging growth levers Management: You manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Optimization: You run A/B tests on the website and forms to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel Culture: You establish a test & learn environment to continuously improve campaign effectiveness Performance: You create and optimize landing pages to maximize acquisition results Expansion: You roll out international campaigns across France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, and the US Collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to ensure an aligned funnel Your fitness level Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation within a B2B environment Advertising: You manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with precise tracking of CPL and ROI Marketing: You execute ABM strategies and outbound campaigns to drive growth Analysis: You apply a data-driven mindset to decision-making and KPI tracking, including CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels Optimization: You utilize CRO best practices through A/B testing and landing page optimization Technology: You demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce Teamwork: You possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams Language: You speak and write fluent German and English to succeed in our international working environment Your training goal for your first 6 months Foundation: You assimilated the mission and business objectives while gaining a deep understanding of target personas and their decision cycles Planning: You established a structured 6 to 12-month growth plan and identified quick wins to improve immediate channel performance Execution: You launched and optimized initial paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting to drive acquisition Optimization: You created high-performing landing pages and proposed new segmentation strategies and channels to scale growth The equipment we provide Modern culture: Be part of a modern and international company culture where talent and passion are welcomed, heard, and part of the decision-making process Continuous Development: Develop your skills with varied, challenging tasks and regular feedback to benefit from a steep learning curve Work-Life-Balance: Benefit from flexible working hours, hybrid working policy (2 office days), and 30 days of vacation per year Fit & Healthy: Train for free with EGYM Wellpass in several thousand sports and health facilities across Germany and/or use our in-house gym with EGYM products Flex Budget: Use €60 per month flexibly for public transportation and a meal subsidy Discounts: Get a variety of great discounted offers, from fashion to leisure, through our employee benefits portal Bike Leasing: Stay active and use our leasing bike offer on your way to work or in your spare time Subsidized Pension: Profit from our employer-subsidized pension Mentoring Program: Exchange knowledge and grow together across teams and locations through our self-organized mentoring platform Contact Information Upload your complete documents (CV, start date and desired salary) and specify the job ID 1832.
