Now, they’re looking for a Lead Consultant SAP FI to join their dynamic SAP Finance team. You’ll be part of exciting end-to-end projects — from concept and design to rollout — making real impact for clients while mentoring junior talent and driving innovation in financial transformation.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Consultant, you’ll take the driver’s seat in finance projects, ensuring smooth SAP FI implementations and ongoing optimization for clients in the ECC or S/4HANA environment.
Your key responsibilities:
* Lead SAP FI consulting projects from start to finish: conception, design, prototyping, rollout, and support
* Advise clients on the optimization of financial processes and profit center accounting
* Manage and coordinate SAP FI project teams or sub-projects
* Facilitate workshops, guide decision-making, and support presales activities
* Coach and mentor junior consultants within the team
* Act as a trusted expert for finance and its integration with adjacent modules
✅ What You Bring to the Table
You’re more than a consultant — you’re a trusted advisor who blends financial acumen with technical know-how and people leadership.
Ideal candidates bring:
* Several years of hands-on experience with SAP FI implementation and/or support (ECC or S/4HANA)
* Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, including cross-module integration
* Experience with New GL or S/4HANA migration is a big plus
* ABAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a must
* Fluency in German and very good English communication skills
* A customer-first mindset, team spirit, and solid communication skills
* Willingness to travel (without living out of a suitcase)
