We enable reusable packaging systems across Europe through a combination of smart, trackable reusable packaging and Europe’s leading reuse management software. With the launch of our prefill reusable packaging in 2026 and our continued international expansion, we are entering a new phase of growth. To strengthen our brand presence and communication across Europe, we are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager to take ownership of our digital and brand touchpoints.
As Marketing Communication Manager, you will operationally manage and execute the Sykell brand and its sub-brands across all relevant touchpoints. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales, the founders and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality communication across web and campaign assets.
This is a hands-on role with strong ownership over content creation, asset management and digital channel execution.
Brand and asset management
Create basic visual content such as photography and simple graphic design
Facilitate internal content creation by working closely with colleagues across functions, from trade fairs to customer visits and in-store activations
Update and manage content across all languages including German, English and French
Continuously optimize content structure to improve SEO and GEO performance
Content for PR and other touch-points
Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders including founders and functional teams as well as external partners and customers
Serve all other touch-points with assets and content from fairs to PR to media partnerships
2 to 3 years of experience in online content creation and digital communication
