Overview
The (Senior) Brand Manager Dermatology (m/f/d) at Incyte shapes and expands the dermatology portfolio in Germany, with a focus on Vitiligo growth and preparation for future product launches. This is a high-impact marketing role for a professional who takes ownership, contributes strategically, and makes a visible difference in a dynamic therapeutic area. The position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to drive brand initiatives and shape the future of dermatology at Incyte, leveraging a dynamic environment to build meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategic brand planning and tactical execution for Vitiligo and support future launch preparations in dermatology
* Develop and implement promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory to ensure coordinated brand activities and readiness
* Support the development of the Country Marketing Plan and ensure alignment with strategic imperatives
* Participate in market research initiatives and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics
* Monitor competitor activities and support the collection and analysis of market intelligence
* Develop and optimize promotional materials and tools for the field force
* Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant deliverables
* Support the organization of congress activities, including booth presence and symposia
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
* Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a proactive mindset in managing change and ambiguity
Requirements
* Minimum 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales, ideally with exposure to dermatology or immunology
* Experience in brand management, product launches, or lifecycle marketing
* University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Business or related
* Solid understanding of dermatology market dynamics and customer needs
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
* Comfort with ambiguity and change, and ability to adapt in evolving environments
* Motivation to grow and expand responsibilities over time
* Ability and willingness to travel from time to time
* Strong team player
* Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
* Proficient in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
