Short Description
As a Training Coordinator Assistant you support the Training Coordinator with the day‑to‑day organization and administration of crew training. The role focuses on monitoring STCW compliance, booking and coordinating training courses, communicating with crew members, and keeping training and certification records up to date in internal systems. This is an on‑site, temporary role based in Papendrecht.
Function Description
* Assist with checking and maintaining STCW compliance
* Book and coordinate training courses
* Contact crew regarding training schedules
* Update training and certification records in internal systems
* Support general training administration
Requirements
* Affinity with training coordination, HR, or maritime environments
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Available to work on-site in Papendrecht every working day
* Available for a temporary assignment
