In your role as Strategy Manager, you will be part of Quest One’s Strategy & Transformation Team, working on the company’s most critical strategic and transformation topics. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive management, helping shape Quest One’s future and driving measurable business impact. The team reports to the CEO. You will lead your own projects as well as work closely in larger projects with other team members.
Your Responsibilties
* Support the end-to-end strategy process.
* Contribute to high-impact transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization.
* Conduct analyses on markets, competitors, business models, and performance.
* Prepare decision-ready materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Quest One’s shareholders.
* Coordinate with business and functional teams on strategic priorities and initiative.
* Ensure analytical rigor, clarity, and quality across all outputs.
What You Bring
* Experience from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (similar to experienced Analyst / Associate or emerging Consultant).
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a pro-active workstyle.
* Strong business judgment and financial acumen.
* Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Project experience within the manufacturing or energy industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Fluent in English and German both written and oral.
