We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Director of Media and Analytics, responsible for leading the commercial efforts for media and analytics solutions in Germany and the Netherlands.

You will be responsible for spearheading the renewal and expansion of media and analytics solutions, identifying and closing opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, generating new business through prospect clients, and managing financial performance using CRM and pipeline management reports.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional leadership and local market teams to develop strategies that meet client objectives and strengthen our position in the market.
You will also be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of media and analytics programs to identify process improvements and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication skills. They will have in-depth knowledge of the media and analytics landscape in Germany (and ideally Europe) and be able to analyze complex data to develop strategies that align with both client and company goals.

Main Responsibilities:
* Growth and Client Expansion: Spearhead the renewal and expansion of media and analytics solutions within Germany and the Netherlands.
* Revenue Generation: Identify and close opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell media and analytics solutions to existing clients.
* Revenue Development: Generate new opportunities through prospect clients leveraging Circana's network.
* Financial Performance Management: Manage financial performance using CRM and pipeline management reports.
* Client Relationship Management: Conduct comprehensive reviews of media and analytics programs to identify process improvements and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
* Program Management: Manage the commercial aspects and delivery of media and analytics programs for key German and Dutch clients.
Strategic Account Management:
* Client Strategy Development: Work with regional leadership and local market teams to develop strategies that meet client objectives and strengthen our position in the market.
* Opportunity Identification: Utilize insights from the markets to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
* RFP Leadership: Direct Circana's responses to RFPs specific to the German and Dutch market.
Consultative Selling:
* Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
* Solution Framing: Develop customized proposals that resonate with client objectives.
* Client Advocacy: Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure client feedback informs product development and service improvement efforts.
Industry Expertise:
* Media Competencies: Own experience in storytelling based on data analysis, media modeling, and/or Medialift take-out experience is key.
* Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities within the German market.
* Competitive Strategy: Assess competitor actions and market dynamics in Germany and the Netherlands to refine Circana's offerings.
* Educational Initiatives: Lead and engage in workshops and seminars aimed at enhancing industry knowledge among the team.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across geographic and functional boundaries.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to develop strategies that align with both client and company goals.
* Effective Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of negotiating and persuading clients and stakeholders at all levels.
* Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the media and analytics landscape in Germany (and ideally Europe).
* Language: Mother tongue in German or extremely fluent, Dutch language knowledge optional.
