Sales Manager, Europe
Our client is a leading startup in the AI-powered digital health platform space. With its CE-marked and FDA-listed technology, the company has significant traction and collaborations spanning healthcare providers and payers, empowering digital platforms and healthcare organizations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver better outcomes for their patients.
They are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales and BD efforts across DACH. This is a full-time, remote position with frequent travel across the EU/EEA offering a competitive base and commission structure.
You will be an individual contributor in a hands-on, start-up-style role relying on your experience in selling technology to the healthcare industry—ideally in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or weight management. The role requires leveraging existing connections, building new markets, opening doors, and closing significant deals.
The company has market-leading technology and several European customers with significant commercial contracts.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years' experience selling digital health technology, preferably software, to healthcare providers and/or payers in DACH.
* Proven track record of closing deals with hospitals, clinic groups, and insurers.
* Strong understanding of European reimbursement models (e.g., DiGA in Germany)
* Established network of customer and payer contacts within healthcare.
* Consultative sales approach: ability to identify customer requirements, assess financial environments, and clearly communicate ROI, clinical outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
* Experience in MSK/physiotherapy, rehabilitation, cardio rehab, or obesity/weight management solutions is strongly preferred.
* Start-up mentality: proactive, adaptable, a self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity.
* Fluency in both English and German is required.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales of digital health solutions across DACH.
* Engage with healthcare providers, large physiotherapy and rehab organizations, insurers, and payers to demonstrate clinical and financial value.
* Build and maintain a robust customer pipeline, including direct relationships with decision-makers.
* Understand and articulate the business case and reimbursement landscape in each market, including cost savings, revenue generation, and outcome measures.
* Lead sales processes end-to-end: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing large-scale deals.
* Represent the company at regional healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand visibility and create new opportunities.
