WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Responsibility for the improvement and further development of guidelines, methods, tools and interfaces for the development departments
2. Continuous development and implementation of the road map for core competencies and capabilities in technical information management (PLM)
and alignment with the development strategies and guidelines
3. Analysis and evaluation of all processes/functions and comparison of cross-company use with industry best practices
4. Optimization of master data management, including classification and access setup for the international defense industry
5. Management of digitization projects in engineering with full responsibility for project costing, time, cost and quality
The position can be filled at the Kassel, Unterlüß, Kiel and Hamburg locations.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
6. Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or comparable
7. Several years of professional experience in the field of design and variant management, method development and their digitalization
8. Comprehensive, interdisciplinary knowledge of administration, development and work in technical information management
(e.g. Teamcenter, JIRA/Confluence, Doors)
9. Knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. NX, Zuken E3) and understanding of data models
10. Methodological expertise for the evaluation and confirmation of business benefits (e.g. COBIT)
11. Proven knowledge of transformation and stakeholder management
12. Very good written and spoken English skills
13. Presentation and communication skills paired with assertiveness and resilience
14. Willingness to travel
