* Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders on group accounting matters.
* Strengthen the integrity and efficiency of consolidation processes across all entities.

* Partner with the SVP of Finance to support strategic initiatives including M&A, financial risk assessment, and capital market reporting.
* Collaborate with Treasury and FP&A to enhance cash flow management, intercompany operations, and loan accounting.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
What We’re Looking For

* Strong knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with other local GAAP standards (e.g., HGB, US GAAP).
* Track record of managing audits, regulatory interactions, and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
* Experience with finance transformation, including digital tools and automation.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
Why Join Us
* Opportunity to lead strategic finance functions in a global setting.
* Be part of a forward-thinking finance team that values innovation and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on impactful business decisions.
* A supportive environment that encourages continuous development and leadership growth.
