Business Development Manager (Diabetes/Blood Glucose) Location: North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany (Posted 2 weeks ago) Responsibilities Develop, expand, and manage distributor networks across assigned European territories. Drive sales performance and achieve agreed revenue and growth targets. Support distributors in building and scaling effective local sales channels. Define and execute regional market entry and growth strategies aligned to local conditions. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market positioning, delivering structured market insights internally. Represent the organization at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. Visit distributors and customers to provide product training, commercial guidance, and ongoing support. Act as a trusted commercial partner, ensuring strong alignment between market needs and internal stakeholders. Contribute to broader commercial initiatives to support regional business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. Strong knowledge of Diabetes and/or Blood Glucose devices. Fluency in English is essential; German or French is a strong advantage. Proven experience in international sales, business development, or distributor management within Europe. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build long-term partner relationships. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Understanding of international trade processes and distributor-based sales models is an advantage.
