Job Description:
The Subcontract Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and administering construction subcontracts to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, including Contracts Management, Engineering, Construction, and Project Management.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in civil engineering, commercial acumen, and fluency in both English and German.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sub-contractors to ensure delivery meets time, cost, and quality targets
* Administer the selection and negotiation of sub-contractors
* Monitor and ensure contract compliance and effective execution
* Conduct contract reviews for suitability and risk mitigation
* Collaborate with operations and contract administrators on contract execution
* Proactively manage and support the commercial administration of all civil and installation subcontracts
* Participate in the selection of tenders and manage associated processes
