Advanced Metaproteomics Researcher
We are seeking a talented researcher to contribute to our Systems Biology and Biomedicine projects.
* Integrate multi-omics data to improve workflows
* Develop machine learning-based algorithms for antimicrobial peptides
* Support experimental studies in metagenomic sequencing of field samples
The METAMIC 3 project is a Marie Sk odowska-Curie Doctoral network, funded by the European Commission under Horizon Europe. This unique training environment will enable you to advance microbiome science through metaproteomics.
* Experience with UNIX/LINUX operating systems and shared compute infrastructure
* Proficiency in Python or R programming languages for data analysis
* Excellent scientific English skills and proficiency in German or French is an advantage
You will have the opportunity to spend several months abroad as part of the secondments planned within the METAMIC 3 project. To be eligible, you must meet the essential criteria, including academic qualifications, international mobility, and employment conditions.
