Your primary focus will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of user engagement. Key Responsibilities Deliver timely and professional support to users through social media channels in German. Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews. Monitor community interactions to identify trends and potential issues, escalating them to the appropriate departments. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to contribute to engaging social media content. Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices to optimize community engagement strategies. Assist in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users. Requirements Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a must; English proficiency is an additional advantage. Previous experience in customer support, especially within a social media context, is preferred. A strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community engagement features. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address user concerns empathetically and effectively. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle inquiries and issues.
