Your Main Tasks
* Lead and manage the BU‑N strategy process including strategic analysis, direction setting, long‑term planning
* Integrate continuous strategic work with annual cycles and drive alignment across regions and functions
* Challenge assumptions and guide senior leadership into new strategic opportunities
Rejuvenate Transformation Execution
* Guide and challenge Workstream leaders in planning, scoping, resource allocation, KPIs
* Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies and alignment with Transformation Execution Office
* Consolidate and report KPIs for senior executive stakeholders and the board
Commercial Excellence & Performance
* Own global commercial excellence agenda: targeting, segmentation, CRM, pricing, launch excellence
* Lead diagnostics of underperforming regions/products and define recovery plans
Your Profile
* Minimum of 10 years Strategy/Commercial Excellence experience and minimum 5 years consulting experience, ideally in a multinational and Matrix driven organisation within the life science/nutrition space
* University degree, MBA preferred
* Strong KPI, transformation, and stakeholder management capability
* Strong strategic and analytical mindset
* Ability to challenge senior leaders as a peer
* Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills
* Proven project management and cross‑functional leadership
* Entrepreneurial mindset and execution discipline
* Fluent English language skills, written & spoken
* Willingness to travel
