We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.Our business, Your impact, Shared opportunityWhat You’ll Be DoingManages the design and execution of an assigned portfolio of Multinational programmes working in partnership with underwriters (all LOBs)Responsible for all non-underwriting aspects of client service delivery (pre & post-bind) for the assigned portfolio, ensuring contract certainty and a positive multinational client experienceMultinational programme administration, including policy documentation issuance, tracking and delivery, territorial analysis, premium collection & remittancesProactively provide technical and administrative support to underwriters on assigned portfolio of Multinational programmes ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-dateData input and coordination of multinational knowledge, workflow, network communication & programme administration toolsResolves capability queries and service escalationsProvide Multinational subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholdersPromote and drive compliance with the Multinational end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholdersProactively communicate updates, queries, and escalations to relevant stakeholders throughout the design and execution phases of assigned Multinational programmes and policiesWhat You’ll Bring7+ years global insurance programme background, preferably in a client/broker servicing roleSound technical knowledge of multinational insurance programmesStrong client focus, experienced working with risk managers and brokersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlines /Ability to handle multiple prioritiesIT packages; MS Outlook, Excel and WordHigh degree of fluency in English and German, plus strong language skills in other European languages or Japanese desirableOur BenefitsExpansive Health & Wellness BenefitsGenerous Retirement & Savings PlansGlobal Parental Leave & Adoption AssistanceAbout UsWe’re Sompo, a global provider of property, casualty, and specialty insurance and reinsurance.
