Job Title: Division Head - HR Administration and Analytics
The Division Head will oversee the administration of HR-related tasks, data analysis, and team management to position the HR department as a strategic partner.
* Oversight and coordination of HR administration & analytics division
* Development and implementation of dashboards for strategic decision-making
* Analysis and interpretation of HR-related data using HRIS software
Key Responsibilities
* Management of staff details, electronic personnel files, and organisation charts
* Coordination of internal mobility, career development, and retirement planning
* Supervision of management by objectives and performance monitoring
Leadership Responsibilities
* Organisation and supervision of divisional activities and deliverables
* Ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines
* Contribution to ongoing divisional and departmental development
