Senior Business Development Manager
In Fund Channel, the Business Development department spearheads sales growth to new clients and revenues. Your role is to identify business opportunities and drive client and revenue development within your assigned market.
* Identify prospective clients in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Eastern Europe, including retail banks, private banks, wealth managers, insurance companies, asset managers, etc.
* Collaborate closely with Group stakeholders to gather intelligence on accounts, prospects, and general market activity, and develop strategic approaches for generating opportunities.
* Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, and closing opportunities.
* Gain a thorough understanding of our solutions and communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, grasping their business challenges and positioning our solutions as optimal choices.
* Conduct needs assessments and solution demonstrations, tailoring presentations to address specific requirements and pain points of each client.
* Work closely with internal teams, including product development, pre-sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting our industry, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
