Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and operate the HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supervising day-to-day activities, overseeing user incidents, and maintaining system permissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and operate HRIS systems to ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
* Manage user incidents and change requests related to HRIS systems and their interface with third-party systems.
* Support HR units in digitalizing their processes, including maintaining user permissions in HRIS systems.
* Conduct a technological watch in the field of HRIS, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, driving the planning, development, testing, and implementation of HRIS systems.
* Perform system upgrades and provide training and technical support as needed.
* Foster collaboration with HR units to ensure internal processes are aligned and efficient.
