Job Description:
As a Trainer & Quality Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our warehouse teams to develop their skills and ensure seamless daily operations. You will collaborate closely with supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver onboarding and basic operational training focusing on safety protocols, equipment handling, receiving, picking, packing, inventory management, and shipping.
* SUPPORT REFRESHER TRAINING AND DAY-TO-DAY COACHING ON WAREHOUSE PROCESSES
* PARTICIPATE IN INTERNAL CHECKS ON KEY WAREHOUSE ACTIVITIES (ORDER ACCURACY, LABELLING SCANNING PACKAGING)
* SUPPORT INVESTIGATIONS OF QUALITY ISSUES AND HELP DOCUMENT CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
* COLLABORATE WITH SUPERVISORS TO OPTIMIZE WORKFLOW AND PRODUCTIVITY
We are looking for candidates who possess certifications such as Train-the-Trainer or Lean Six Sigma. The ability to communicate effectively is essential for this role along with proficiency in process improvement initiatives.
