* Acting as a communication link between Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and the ERGO subsidiary based in the U.S.
* Comprehensive support and assistance for the risk management function of the ERGO subsidiary based in the U.S.
* IRM-wide coordination and implementation of risk management-related supervisory activities
* Monitoring compliance with the ERGO governance requirement, taking into account the concerns of the ERGO subsidiary based in the U.S.
* Responsibility for or participation in IRM-sponsored activities and/or projects, as well as preparation and implementation of measures to increase the maturity level of the risk management function of the ERGO subsidiary based in the U.S.
Your profile Strategic skills combined with an ability to work independently
* Degree (preferably in business administration, economics or mathematics) with experience in the US P&C market, underwriting or product development
* Good understanding of risk management practices and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels of an organisation
* Good organisational and time management skills with a strong customer and service orientation
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Your responsibility for overseas operations implies readiness for regular business travel
