This role can be based in Germany, France, Spain, or Italy. It is a key leadership position within Global Clinical Operations, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clinical site budget delivery and administration. The role involves supporting global study delivery through strategic input, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination, especially focusing on study start-up and cross-functional initiatives.Provide expertise and guidance to optimize Study DeliveryDevelop strategies and processes for the site budget processMaintain relationships with GCO functions and external stakeholdersCollaborate with Legal and Compliance on study-specific issuesImprove process flows, roles, responsibilities, and templatesSupport timely and compliant site budget development and negotiationsEnsure quality and governance in site budget deliverySupport the SCBM Financial Operations team at asset and study levelsManage personnel, resources, and workflowsImplement quality oversight plansDevelop site contracting and budget models for emerging marketsMonitor CRO performance and establish escalation frameworksRecruit and manage staff or contractorsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferredEquivalent education, training, and experience acceptableProfessional Experience:At least 9-10 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industryProven success in cross-functional global organizations7-8 years supporting or managing global processesExperience in Clinical Operations, with knowledge of FMV, GCP, ICH standards, FDA/EMA guidelinesStrong negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, communication, and presentation skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
