Senior Legal Officer Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex legal portfolios and drafting high-quality legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate entities, from incorporation to liquidation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents, including loan agreements, board minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documentation, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Database Maintenance: Ensure the internal database is consistently updated and maintained, providing timely access to critical information.
* Account Approval: Coordinate the approval of annual accounts in close collaboration with the accounting team, ensuring seamless financial reporting.
* RCS Filing: Manage RCS/RBE filing requirements, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
Requirements and Profile:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or service provider.
* Essential degree in law to qualify for this position.
* Mandatory fluency in English to ensure smooth communication with clients and colleagues. Additional language skills, such as French, Russian, or German, considered an asset.
