Position Overview
Client Relations Representative, Butchery Machinery (m/w/d)
Location: Maulbronn
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers and actively pursue new client acquisition within the butchery machinery product segment.
* Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry through order entry, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
* Manage shipping documentation including delivery and export papers to ensure smooth logistics.
* Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maintain and update the company’s website and online shop.
* Assist in planning and participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and its products.
* Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales progress, and performance indicators.
* Provide technical advice and demonstrations to customers, enhancing product understanding and satisfaction.
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification, preferably in technical or commercial fields.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, ideally in machinery or technical equipment.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of website and online shop management.
* Good command of English to support international communication.
* Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Willingness to travel regionally for client visits and industry events.
