Your Tasks
1. You take on the strategic management and leadership of the international sales team.
2. You develop and implement international sales strategies and define global sales channels.
3. You work closely with the international managing directors of our subsidiaries and support them in achieving strategic and operational goals.
4. You coordinate internal processes in relation to project success.
5. You review project inputs, milestones, and provided data, and based on that, create a detailed project plan.
6. You promote knowledge exchange and collaboration within the international team, for example through international sales meetings.
7. You represent the company together with the team at international trade fairs.
Your Profile
8. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally in an international corporate environment.
9. Several years of sales experience in the mentioned area of responsibility or in a related position.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international context.
11. Fluent German and English language skills.
12. Technical knowledge in label manufacturing and processing and/or in the field of RFID is advantageous.
13. Great passion for delighting customers.
14. Good self-organization and excellent time management.
15. Good communication skills as well as a high level of initiative and persuasiveness.
16. Willingness to work primarily in the office in Kempen, with the possibility of remote work by agreement.
17. Willingness to travel regularly worldwide.
