Your Mission
* You process service cases for the product field software (2nd level, service management, mainly remote) and take over the follow-up
* In order to build up a simulation and to support a knowledge database, you reproduce customer inquiries
* You are responsible for the technical maintenance of software-related articles in this knowledge database
* You are involved in development projects in the software product area
* As well, you are involved in the creation, coordination and execution of training courses for end customers, dealers and colleagues
* You act as an interface between end customers, software integration and sales
Your Talents
* Completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. IT specialist for system integration, comparable training or lateral entry with professional experience
* Preferably experience in healthcare IT (DICOM & HL7)
* High degree of customer orientation, teamwork and communication skills as well as good organizational skills
* Service-oriented way of working
* Professional handling of critical customer enquiries
* Confident understanding of IT and interest in digital challenges
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
