We are currently seeking a customer service representative in textile management (m/w/d) for our locations in Jena, Leipzig, Dresden, Erfurt, and Coburg. If you're up for the challenge, here's what awaits you:
 * Become the key contact person for our existing customers in the region, ensuring they receive top-notch service and meeting sales targets.
 * Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits, presentations, and negotiations.
 * Handle day-to-day tasks efficiently, such as processing orders, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints.
 * Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
 * Take ownership of your work, striving for excellence and continuously improving processes to drive business growth.
