10. You ensure cleanliness in the guest rooms and public areas
11. You ensure compliance with the a&o quality standards
12. You control the delivery of linen, check and record the delivery notes
13. You work closely with the housekeeping, reception and building services departments
14. You deliver lost property to the reception
15. You act as a communication interface between the housekeeping and reception team
