We build an AI-powered Energy Management System (EMS) that helps energy-intensive businesses reduce costs, CO₂ and grid congestion. Backed by leading investors such as Speedinvest and Hitachi Ventures, and with customers such as DHL, we have built a strong base across the Benelux. We are looking for someone who understands the German energy market and wants to take ownership of conquering it with us.
In year one, your job is to prove that Tibo has a place in the German market.
Defining where we play: adapt our positioning to German regulatory and market realities
Owning the full B2B market-building and sales cycle: from defining ICP and positioning to generating pipeline and closing lighthouse customers.
Building qualified pipeline: not volume, but high-quality opportunities with industrial and logistics customers
Laying the foundation: building the commercial base for a future German team
You have worked in or closely with the German energy/manufacturing or logistics landscape;
✔️ You understand key elements of the German energy market;
✔️ In this role, there is no one else to hand things off to. You've done this long enough to have real relationships in the German energy landscape with industrial buyers, utilities, or grid-related players. The kind that pick up the phone when you call. Fluent German and English are essential.
You need to have a true start-up mindset.
