In Europe, we are building a modern, collaborative, and technology-enabled tax function to support more than 60 entities across manufacturing, R&D, and sales. To strengthen our European Tax Team, we are looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) who is ready to take ownership, work internationally, and help us professionalize and streamline TP processes across Europe. This role can be based in Nieuw-Vennep (Amsterdam area) or Soest (Germany) and offers a hybrid working model. Your Role – Transfer Pricing First, Development Beyond You will take a central role in developing, coordinating, and improving Kubota’s European Transfer Pricing landscape. Your main responsibilities Prepare, coordinate and review TP documentation (Local Files, benchmarking, intercompany analyses) for several European entities. Support TP design and price setting, including profitability analyses and policy refinement. Act as a key contributor in tax audits, ensuring clear communication with local teams. Work closely with our colleagues in Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Germany, France, and other European countries. Support the transition to SAP S/4HANA, including: Operational Transfer Pricing Tax Ledger & Tax Tagging concepts Embedding TP processes into system workflows Identify improvement opportunities and help us insource and standardize TP activities. Use GenAI tools pragmatically to accelerate research, challenge external memos, and create high-quality draft analyses You will not be alone. Our VAT Specialist (Finland), our Japanese TP/International Tax colleague, and the wider Group Finance teams across Europe will work closely with you.
