Role Overview
This is a hands-on, wide-ranging HR role supporting all European operations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, lead recruitment for the region, oversee HR operations and compliance, and support people strategy alongside senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with EMEA leadership on HR strategy and employee relations.
* Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding across EMEA.
* Lead full-cycle recruitment and build talent pipelines.
* Drive performance review cycles and support compensation processes.
* Oversee HR admin, documentation, and day-to-day HR queries.
* Support HR budgeting, reporting, and financial processes.
* Ensure compliance with European labour laws, especially Germany.
Requirements
* 3+ years as an HRBP or HR Generalist with EMEA experience.
* Fluent in English, German, and Chinese (mandatory).
* Strong understanding of European labour law, with deep German expertise.
* Hands-on experience across recruitment, lifecycle management, performance, compensation, and HR ops.
* Comfortable working full-time in the Frankfurt office.
* Experience in automation/tech/industrial sectors is an advantage.
