And yes, you’ll be doing this while living in Greece. Your Role You’ll work with business customers, helping them resolve technical issues across Microsoft environments and services. You will: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Microsoft business clients Handle cases across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) Log and manage cases in internal systems Investigate root causes and provide structured solutions Escalate complex cases appropriately Maintain strong professional relationships with business customers Contribute to high customer satisfaction through technical expertise and communication Requirements Your Technical Background This role suits someone with solid IT knowledge and hands-on experience. You bring: Fluency in German strong English skills Degree or background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar 2–3 years of helpdesk or system administration experience (medium to large businesses) Experience supporting business clients (B2B environment) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Technical knowledge in areas such as: Windows Operating Systems Networking (LAN/WAN) Microsoft productivity tools Active Directory & Directory Services Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint Office applications Skype for Business / Teams Certifications like MCSE or Cisco are a strong advantage.
