Monotype is seeking a sales leader, preferably located in Berlin with a passion for growing and evolving a diverse business in the dynamic and crucial Mid-Market in Germany, leading and maintaining to a positive sales culture and a high performing team.
Continue managing, developing and coaching a highly effective revenue carrying sales team and drive the next generation of talent.
Define Sales Strategy, territory planning and effective account allocation for the highly valuable german Mid-Market.
Manage and deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Drive and implement sales selling methodologies such as Value Selling, MEDDIC.
Develop and execute annual strategic sales plans to drive revenue and increase market share from new and existing clients.
Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights with senior leadership and sales teams.
Engage and build effective alliances across the organization, including Business Development, Marketing, Market Research, Legal, Recruiting, Customer Success, Product, Pre-Sales.
Build an environment and sales practice that makes Monotype an employer of choice for high performing sales people in the marketing tech and creative professional space, making it easy to attract and retain top talent.
Native German and fluent English language skills, any additional languages such as Polish, Czech or Hebrew are a strong plus.
Proven experience and track record of direct management of sales reps/Account Executives or sales-related roles (BDM/BDR/SDR) (minimum 2 years).
Ability to understand, articulate and lead complex and transactional sales processes
Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment and transfer this knowledge to sales reps.
Experience with consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC/MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Sale or Sandler Sales.
