Now, we’re expanding globally and we’re hiring a visionary Commercial Director to lead the charge.Your MissionAs our Commercial Director, Global, you’ll be at the forefront of our international growth, driving revenue, building client relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy beyond the U.S. Reporting directly to our General Manager for Global Markets, you’ll lead a talented commercial team across regions and ensure a world-class experience for our international clients.TasksDrive Growth & RevenueOwn global revenue targets and scale member/client growth in key marketsLead strategic relationships with global clients, ensuring exceptional service deliveryAlign global and U.S. commercial strategies for a seamless client experienceBuild & Scale Sales StrategyCo-develop our go-to-market strategy with the GM of Global MarketsImplement forecasting/reporting aligned with U.S. HQPartner with marketing and product to tailor outreach for local marketsLead & Inspire TeamsManage and grow a global sales organization, including SDRs and sales managersOversee client success across international markets, ensuring consistency and qualityCollaborate with global leadership to meet shared business objectivesRequirements10+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, or sales5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in B2B SaaS, digital health, or benefitsProven track record of owning international revenue and launching GTM strategiesSkilled in enterprise sales, client lifecycle ownership, and team developmentExcellent communicator with executive-level influence and negotiation skillsExperience working cross-functionally across regions and departmentsProficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and performance analyticsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plusWillingness to travel between London and Berlin monthlyBenefits Competitive salary 100,000 to 120,000 GBP base Access to the Progyny Global platform + €5,000 family-building benefit 1:1 mental health sessions & wellness support via Nilo Health Gym membership discount remote work model️ 8 weeks/year remote from anywhere Inclusive, mission-driven culture built on care, collaboration, and innovationWe believe that great leaders come from diverse backgrounds.
