Key Responsibilities
1.Undertake end-to-end recruitment for the Ground Business Division across Europe, including sourcing, salary negotiation, contract issuance, and employee onboarding. 2.Provide HR support and address employee relations issues for local staff in the Ground Business Division. 3.Liaise closely with headquarters in China, implement and execute HR policies and programs assigned by the headquarters.
Job Requirements
1.Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages. 2.Familiar with labor laws and regulations in European countries, able to handle employee relations in full compliance. 3.Permanent work location: Munich office; minimum 3 years of professional HR working experience in Europe.
