Job Description Lead and develop the sales organization both strategically and operationally. Drive change processes to continuously enhance customer focus across the company. Ensure customer perspective is embedded in all strategic and operational decisions. Design and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives to increase market share and reinforce market leadership. Actively develop and lead internal and external sales teams. Continuously improve sales processes based on Lean Management principles. Guide the optimization of tools and systems (e.g., CRM) and foster digital transformation. Build and expand strong customer relationships while driving professional new business acquisition for long-term partnerships. Strengthen and grow the international partner network. Monitor KPIs, conduct competitive analysis, and derive strategic actions. The Successful Applicant A self-driven, charismatic leader with a strong interest in technical products. Proven track record in developing sales strategies, organizations, processes, and culture. Ability to identify trends and translate them into long-term strategies. Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent technical/commercial qualification. Several years of leadership experience in sales of complex technical products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels. Strong analytical thinking for both operational and strategic topics. Goal-oriented with the ability to clearly communicate and pursue objectives. Experience in coaching and developing team members to enhance skills and career growth. Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering team cohesion. Deep understanding of customer and employee needs. Familiarity with digital sales technologies. Fluent in English, good command of German; intercultural competence and willingness to travel. Open to new methods, technologies, and market approaches.
