Marketing Analyst Role
We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to assume responsibility for designing and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage customer data to improve campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer and market trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
* Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and inform future marketing strategies.
* Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, driving lead conversion and revenue growth.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data governance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing analysis, preferably with a focus on data-driven decision making and campaign optimization.
* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and knowledge of CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Fluency in English; German or another European language is an asset.
