Corporate Officer Inhouse – SPV, Multicultural Teams
We are currently assisting an investment firm in its search for a Corporate Officer. With over 50 employees in its different departments, with a human-sized team in the corporate governance team in Luxembourg, the structure is currently seeking to strengthen its workforce.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – SPV - Funds
* You handle the corporate governance for a variety of SPV, from the constitution to the liquidation.
* You are responsible (amongst other tasks) for the board meetings, draft of minutes, approval of annual accounts, capital increase and decreases and so on.
* You work closely with your team as well as the Head Of to ensure the work is handled smoothly and within the due deadlines.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – SPV - Funds
* At least 2 years of experience or more as a corporate officer in a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg is necessary. You have been exposed to your files from the constitution to the liquidation.
* You have acquired experience with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) and are looking to deepen your skillset on these entities.
* You speak English fluently in order to integrate well in this new team and to exchange easily with your clients.
* You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Any other diplomas or certifications are a plus.
* Your open-mindedness and enthusiastic personality will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues, who would also describe themselves as dynamic.
