Your Team:
The European Regional Office based in Kronberg is a dynamic team looking after 10 markets via 6 National Sales Companies (NSCs). To support our Customer Service Team within the European Regional Office and for an immediate start we are looking for a:
Working Student Ownership Experience Digital Transformation
Your Tasks:
* Assist in the deployment and configuration of CRM and customer service platforms. (e.g., Salesforce).
* Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation of results.
* Help prepare governance documentation, including project status reports, risk logs, and compliance checklists.
* Contribute to the preparation of review materials for steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
* Maintain project documentation in collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
* Assist in tracking KPIs and success metrics related to system adoption and customer service performance.
* Get in touch with different European markets for collecting feedback from retailers and internal system users
* Support change management activities, including training and communication plans.
* Conduct research on digital customer service trends and best practices.
Your Profile:
* Advanced studies in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or a similar field
* Initial practical experience through previous internships, working student positions or completed vocational training desirable
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to effectively complete tasks, whilst maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders
* Strong team player, able to communicate at all levels within the business
* Excellent command of English, second language desired
