Job Description
Responsibility:
1.International Market Insight: Independently research on multiple key market elements in regional
target markets, collect information on industry development trends, industry access laws and
regulations or technical requirements, international or regional key customer needs and plans,
competitors' product plans, etc., to continuously optimize competitive strategies, product strategies
and bidding strategies, and to improve bidding win rate.
2.Customer Business Opportunity Guidance: Understanding the customer's internal structure and
decision-making chain, plan the relationship maintenance and guidance strategy for key customers,
responsible for the promotion of new products, new technologies and key project solutions, and
enhance customer recognition of GW's products, technologies, and project solutions.
Responsible for the communication with EPC parties or other third parties, carry out technical or project
information exchange from time to time to increase the influence of company's product technology or
program impact, leading to the project program recommended.
3.International project bidding: Lead bidding work of major customers, key customers, large or complex
projects. Interpret and analyze customer project bids in depth, analyze customer pain points based on
project information and customer requirements, and sort out project key target nodes based on pain
points, design and formulate project full life cycle solutions to meet customer needs.
Coordinate company resources to solve customer problems and improve customer experience. For
areas where product and technology competitiveness is insufficient, provide feedback to drive product
and technology optimization and improvement.
4.Contract pre-production preparation: Responsible for or guiding the completion of contract
negotiation and technical risks sorting of the winning project. Complete pre-production overall
technical plan preparation and technical disclosure for project implementation.
5.Capacity Building: Participate in and organize personnel capacity building and system building
according to the solution capacity building plan.
6.Others: Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical
Engineering.
2. 3-5 years or more of work experience in wind power, renewable energy, or power energy equipment
development and sales, with knowledge in areas such as whole machine, electrical, grid connection,
wind resources, road construction, transportation, and civil engineering.
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both
internally and externally and handle unexpected situations.
4. Strong market sensitivity and the ability to identify and guide customer business opportunities.
5. Excellent English communication skills.
