As a Product Care Application Engineer, you focus on the technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing battery system products. You act as a key interface between engineering, production, service, and customers to ensure product stability, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials (in collaboration with Systems, PM, and Marketing) Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in customer environments (2nd-level support) Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide structured feedback to engineering and quality teams Ensure proper reporting of activities and customer feedback to engineering and sales Ensure strict adherence to procedures during installation and/or modification of equipment Provide technical consultancy for existing products (e.g., claims, production issues, field failures) Perform hands-on work to address technical claims and support production-related problem-solving Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives for released products Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, quality, service) to ensure product reliability and compliance Requirements Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar Strong technical understanding of battery systems and their applications Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and product support Hands-on mentality and structured problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and customer orientation Willingness to work cross-functionally and occasionally travel to customer or production sites Benefits A motivated company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
