Optimization of Rewards and Benefits Processes: You own the development and implementation of analyses and simulations in the area of Rewards & Benefits, including the derivation of recommendations and their implementation & communication. Annual Compensation Cycle: You contribute to the global annual compensation cycle including the management of the Incentive and Equity Schemes. You advise HR Business Partners and Managers throughout the processes and ensure high quality Workday excellence for compensation topics.
