Description NSF is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist in the EMEA region to join the Food Marketing organization. In this role, you are responsible for providing regional marketing support to the EMEA Food Lab, Food & Nutrition and Food Service divisions, with a strong focus on driving business growth through focused marketing activities that are aligned to strategic and regional marketing plans. You will work collaboratively with the marketing stream leads, regional marketing team, shared services, regional business leaders and sales to seek alignment and execute plans. Responsibilities Work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director, EMEA marketing team, local business specialists, and sales teams on the implementation of the Food Lab, Food & Nutrition and Food Service strategic marketing plans and campaigns in your region and countries, utilizing all available marketing channels through an integrated approach Identify and be accountable for your marketing targets, ensuring you generate the required volume of qualified leads into the sales pipeline through your marketing activities Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing teams for the Business Unit (BU) to ensure execution of the marketing campaigns and provide input into messaging and strategy based on local market requirements Liaise with Shared Services to implement best practice tactical marketing and ensure ROI through utilizing central systems and tools including performance measurement dashboards. Conduct on-going customer research and competitor monitoring and report back to regional marketing and business leaders on key trends, providing guidance on any updates required local marketing campaigns, market segmentation and messaging Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the region including SEO, SEM, Email marketing, and social media Design marketing material for online and print campaigns Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media Support local sales teams at key events and key account opportunities Monitor and collate the results of every campaign implemented, by tactical channel, and report these in a timely manner. Help update the campaign plan schedules that allows food strategic marketing and sales teams to access and track the status of each campaign’s production and execution, by channel. Use your initiative to explore better ways to target customers bringing innovative ideas on proposed new channels to market through, partnerships and other collaborations that can help you build you customer pipeline Qualifications Minimus bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field Minimum 3 years proven track record in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a matrix environment Strong project management skills and detail orientated Experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns Working knowledge of running paid promotional campaigns on different social media and search engines Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Ability to digest and report results of marketing campaigns by channel Strong time management and organizational skills Team player with the ability to build a strong rapport with all stakeholders Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, web, Asana, and other systems an advantage Understand brand positioning and how this is integrated into a campaign communication Experience of working in regional markets with an appreciation of cultural differences Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and work well under pressure Excellent communication - written, verbal and presentation skills Proficient in English and German Collaborative, proactive, approachable, and dependable Willingness and ability to travel globally (approx. 10%) What we offer High degree of creative freedom within jointly defined goals Opportunity to contribute to socially relevant and sustainable services Company pension plan and bike leasing program Mental Wellness Day in addition to contractual vacation If you want to be part of a growing, fast-paced, and innovative company and enjoy working in a close-knit team here in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, this opportunity is perfect for you!
